Present your research at the venue of the event, in front of your peers.

Virtual Presentation

If you can’t travel to the venue due to a conflict in your schedule or the lack of budget allocated toward travel expenses, present your research as a virtual speaker.

On-Site Attend

The listener registration category is for non presenting participants who would like to attend the organized scientific event.

Virtual Attend

Learning should not be bound by geographic limitations.

Groups of 10–20 individuals save 10%, and groups of 20+ save 15%. If the group meets the discount guidelines, you must send an email to info@wseeconf.org to request the group discount code.

How can I pay the registration fee?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. On-site payment is not available.

Can I request an invoice or add details to my receipt?

Yes, simply contact us with your participation type and billing details.

What is included in the registration fee?

Participation type, proceedings (ISBN/DOI), program materials, certificates, networking access, refreshments (in-person), guided city tour, and invitation letter.

Is there a fee for online submission?

There is no fee for submitting an abstract. Registration fees apply only if your paper is accepted.
